At ANCHOR SEARCH GROUP PTE. LTD., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team in a key role that will see you supporting the conveyancing process from start to finish.

The estimated salary for this position is between SGD $35,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills who can effectively manage files, prepare legal documents, and handle administrative tasks related to property transactions. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the conveyancing process and be able to work accurately and efficiently within tight deadlines.

You will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and managing legal documents related to property transactions
  • Handling e-lodgement, e-stamping, STARS searches, and litigation searches
  • Opening and closing of files
  • Managing bank redemption and discharge processes
  • Performing other administrative tasks as required
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of working experience in conveyancing or a related field
  • An 'O' level or Diploma in any discipline
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software
