In this role, you will maximize workout efficiency, improve fitness, and enhance overall well-being for our members. You will also be responsible for promoting our services and products, meeting and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), and developing and maintaining a membership and client base.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. A personal training certification and first aid and CPR+AED certification are also required. Customer service and sales experience is highly preferred.
