Job Title: Strategic IT Vendor Management Professional

 

  • Oversee a portfolio of IT vendors, assessing risks and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and implement effective vendor contracts and cost management strategies to drive business value.
  • Monitor vendor performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure ongoing security and compliance monitoring of vendors to mitigate potential threats.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and performance reports.

 

Key Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in vendor management.
  • Proven track record of managing vendors in the payments industry, including performance tracking and dispute resolution.
  • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements, with a risk-focused mindset aligned to critical infrastructure standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess vendor performance and implement improvement plans proactively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
