Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Order Processing Specialist to join our team at MCI Career Services Pte Ltd. As an Order Processing Professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of orders from start to finish.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify data accuracy for orders before releasing them to the production department.
  • Contact customers to obtain missing information or respond to their queries.
  • Collaborate with the logistics department to guarantee timely deliveries.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Facilitate order expediting through internal coordination.
  • Forward important customer feedback to relevant departments.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features.
  • Provide administrative support and handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Singaporean citizenship is required.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in supply chain and/or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word is necessary, while knowledge of SAP/WMS is an added advantage.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is between SGD $2,400 and SGD $2,700 per month.
