Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Analysis and Insights: Synthesize research and data to develop analysis, written insights, and other deliverables for clients and senior leadership within the Institute.

The successful candidate for the role should be able to display the majority of the following:

  • Remarkable Organisational Experience: 1-3 years of experience with remarkable organisational experience.
  • Policy and Political Analysis: Ability to perform in-depth analysis across various topics, generate original insights, and produce high-quality deliverables that are fit for delivery to senior government clients.
  • Collaborative Skills: Collaborative skills and experience working with different teams at different levels.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to write with clarity and impact.
  • Data Analytics and Visualizations: Strength in data analytics and visualizations, with the ability to build, analyze, manage, and display databases and large qualitative data sets (using tools such as PowerBI, etc).
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: An ability to work flexibly and to tight deadlines in a fast and unpredictable environment.
