Job Description:We seek a visionary Business Development Director to drive strategic partnerships, market growth, and commercial use cases in sectors like F&B, retail, and last-mile logistics.
As a seasoned leader, you will develop and execute business expansion plans across Singapore and ASEAN, identifying and onboarding B2B clients, building strategic alliances, and launching commercial vehicle applications.
You will oversee end-to-end implementation, from fleet trials to financing and aftersales support, while leading and mentoring the business development team towards measurable growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Execute Business Expansion Plans: Drive market growth and commercial use cases in sectors like F&B, retail, and last-mile logistics.
- Identify and Onboard B2B Clients: Establish partnerships with key stakeholders in food & beverage chains, cold chain distributors, e-commerce platforms, and more.
- Build Strategic Alliances: Foster relationships with government agencies, logistics partners, and other potential parties to drive growth.
- Launch Commercial Vehicle Applications: Develop and implement real-world scenarios for last-mile, cold chain, franchise delivery, and more.
- Oversee End-to-End Implementation: Manage fleet trials, financing, aftersales support, and overall project success.
- Lead and Mentor the Business Development Team: Guide the team towards measurable growth targets and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or Related Field (MBA Preferred): A strong foundation in business principles, marketing, and logistics is essential.
- 8+ Years of Experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Commercial Strategy: Proven track record of driving growth and developing strategic partnerships.
- Proven Leadership Experience as a Founder, Chairman, or Senior Executive: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and drive business outcomes.
- Strong Understanding of Regional Logistics Networks, Supply Chain, or Franchise Models: Familiarity with regional logistics, supply chain, and franchise models is crucial.
- Excellent Deal-Making, Negotiation, and Cross-Functional Leadership Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills are required to drive partnerships and business growth.
