Key Responsibilities:
  • MEP Design and Planning: Assess MEP design specifications and plans for accuracy and feasibility, ensuring they meet project requirements.
  • Schedule Management: Develop and manage MEP schedules to ensure they align with the Master program, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Subcontractor Management: Oversee subcontractors, including selection, negotiation, and coordination to meet project requirements, ensuring seamless integration of MEP systems.
  • Quality Control: Ensure quality standards, building codes compliance, contractual, and safety requirements for all MEP installations, identifying and resolving potential issues prior to work commencement.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, consultants, and contractors to monitor and control budgets related to MEP systems, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Education: Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Building Services, Construction, Project Management, or related M&E disciplines.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant MEP experience, with a strong understanding of MEP design, installation, and management principles.
