Job Title: Business Administrator Assistant with Inventory and Accounts ResponsibilitiesAbout the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join YEO EXPRESS PTE. LTD. as a Business Administrator Assistant, responsible for handling various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Billing and Invoicing Management: Keying of sales orders from walk-in customers/WhatsApp orders.
  • Cashiering: Processing customer transactions.
  • Inventory Management: Tracking stock items in the warehouse, highlighting if stock levels are insufficient for delivery.
  • Accounts Management: Monitoring payments and following up on pending payments.
  • Files Management: Filing paperwork received from external and internal warehouse employees, filing documents for tax declaration, flagging accounts that have missed payments/orders, and performing other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
  • Able to work Saturdays.
  • Must be 21 years or above to handle restricted tobacco products.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English to process Mandarin documents and communicate with Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking customers.
  • Diploma or degree in a related field like Accountancy, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Retail (a plus).
