High-Level Network Engineer

Technical Specialists play a pivotal role in ensuring a robust and resilient network infrastructure.
- Assist with network connectivity for member organisations.
- Provide technical support for Science DMZ and Data Lake development.
- Manage the authorisation and access infrastructure setup and support.
- Implement and maintain servers and networks.
In this position, you will:
- Foster relationships with members' organisations to enhance network connectivity.
- Contribute to the development of Science DMZ and Data Lake solutions.
- Ensure seamless authorisation and access infrastructure setup and support.
- Design and implement server and network architectures.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A degree in Computer Engineering or a related field, or a Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Engineering with relevant skillsets.
- Familiarity with Linux, container-based systems (e.g. Docker), and basic networking concepts.
- Programming knowledge (e.g. Python).
- Knowledge and experience in application development.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
