Strategic Investment Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Strategic Investment Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic transactions within the logistics and industrial real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute capital transaction strategies to drive business growth and investment performance.
- Identify and evaluate acquisition, development, and joint venture opportunities in the logistics and industrial sectors.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with logistics occupiers, investors, brokers, landowners, and key industry stakeholders.
- Generate and manage a healthy pipeline of investment and leasing opportunities through market research, cold outreach, and strategic networking.
- Conduct market and site analysis with a focus on logistics demand drivers, infrastructure connectivity, and supply chain dynamics.
- 5+ years' experience in real estate investment, capital transactions, or business development—ideally within logistics, industrial, or commercial property.
- Deep understanding of logistics real estate fundamentals, including warehousing trends, occupier needs, and capital flows.
- Strong network of industry contacts in the logistics and property investment market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Commercially savvy with strong financial acumen and analytical capability.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple deals and projects in a fast-paced environment.
