Job Overview:

The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and sales support in the jewellery industry.

  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and returns in a polite and professional manner, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Industry Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of jewellery trends, styles, and industry news to offer expert guidance to customers.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  4. Ensuring all store displays are visually appealing and consistently maintained
