Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our organization. This role is crucial in maintaining efficient supply chain processes, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with various departments.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively with internal teams and external logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Track and maintain accurate inventory records using WMS and other customer-specific systems and conduct regular stock counts to ensure alignment with system records.
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and carriers and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and prompt handling of issues that arise during the process.
- Prepare and process shipping, customs, and logistics documentation (e.g., delivery orders, invoices, airway bills).
- Monitor shipments/delivery timelines and resolve any logistics discrepancies or delays.
- Update/Interact with internal teams (sales, customer service, operations), external vendors, and customers to ensure smooth operations and address any concerns.
- Support demand planning and product allocation to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Ensure warehouse compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Generate reports on warehouse and logistics activities, including stock status and KPI tracking.
- Assist in ad-hoc warehouse and logistics-related tasks to support departmental needs.
