About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of working experience in an eldercare institution and have competency in eldercare services. You will be required to perform administrative tasks and possess basic Microsoft Office literacy. Additionally, you must be passionate about working with seniors and have the ability to plan, develop, and implement programmes to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate programmes to suit residents' holistic needs
  • Review programmes to ensure relevance and effectiveness in meeting needs of all residents
  • Develop and oversee programme to ensure quality control and compliance procedures
  • Manage engagement and performance of the programme team
  • Support professional development of the programme team
  • Guide Therapy Assistant and volunteers in executing activity programmes
  • Establish collaboration and liaise with external stakeholders in the development of programmes

Requirements:

  • Possess minimum Advance/Higher/Certificate in Community & Social Service (Senior Care Services) or 'O' Levels qualification
  • Competency in eldercare service with at least 2 years working experience in an eldercare institution
  • Able to perform administrative tasks and possess basic Microsoft Office literacy
  • Passion and desire to work with different profiles of seniors

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of SGD 50,000 - 65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as medical and dental insurance, annual leave, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
