Job Overview

The SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – Module Lead will oversee the entire lifecycle of assigned modules, from planning to implementation. This includes facilitating requirement gathering and process mapping in line with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure module settings, workflows, and permissions based on policy and compliance standards.
  • Develop and execute module-specific test plans and user acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with Integration and Data Migration leads to ensure seamless system connectivity.
  • Prepare training materials and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for business users.
  • Monitor post-implementation performance, resolve module-specific issues, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
  • Around 5–10 years of direct implementation and configuration experience in the specific SuccessFactors module.
  • In-depth knowledge of module-specific processes (e.g., leave policy frameworks, learning curriculum design).
  • Good understanding of data governance and compliance in HR systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills to translate business requirements into system solutions.
Desirable Skills:
  • Proven expertise in SAP CPI, APIs, or third-party middleware integrations.
  • Experience working on large, complex HR transformation projects.
  • Deep understanding of SAP modules such as SuccessFactors, or others depending on specific project requirements.
  • Proven experience in leading functional teams, providing guidance, and ensuring project success.
  • SAP Certified Application Associate or Professional certification.
