Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our service team as a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide exceptional customer service by taking drink and food orders, serving customers in a timely manner, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
  • To manage phone reservations from customers and attend to their queries promptly.
  • To have knowledge of every dish served to provide recommendations if requested and gather feedback from customers to improve service.
  • To coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Candidate must be customer service oriented, possessing excellent communication skills.
  • Must have knowledge of food safety, housekeeping, inventory management, and customer care.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and possess strong people management skills.
  • Possess basic math skills for handling cash transactions efficiently.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
