We are seeking a skilled architect to lead our healthcare projects. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the project, including design, technical compliance, contracts, and execution.
Responsibilities- Oversee project development, ensuring alignment with cost, resource plans, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Design Director and team to develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs.
- Drive design development, handling architectural layout, details, materials, specifications, and contract documents for project tenders.
- Guide and supervise the project team to ensure timely and objective-aligned project delivery.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members to maintain project alignment and resolve issues.
- Ensure project compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in architecture or a related field.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a Graduate Diploma from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience in leading project teams and resolving issues effectively.
- Excellent analytical capabilities, management skills, and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other 2D/3D drawing software, as well as Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of local building codes, planning parameters, and standards, particularly for healthcare projects.
