Customer Support Ambassador

As a key representative of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Your role will involve assisting customers in creating accounts and downloading our application, guiding them on utilizing the app and navigating our microsite, and helping with SIM and router exchanges, eSIM activations, prepaid top-ups, and general inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in creating accounts and downloading the application
  • Guide customers on using the application and navigating the microsite
  • Help customers with Q-matic system and issuing Q tickets
  • Support SIM and router exchanges, eSIM activations, prepaid top-ups, and general inquiries
Working Hours and Flexibility

You will work 5 days a week, from 12pm to 9pm, with a 1-hour break. This schedule allows for flexibility and ensures that our customers receive the best possible service.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills
