Job Title: Operations Assistant
">- We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in Singapore as an Operations Assistant. The ideal candidate will have 1 or more years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely collection/delivery of cars to customers, explaining features and accessories of cars to customers, handling customers enquiries professionally, cleaning and grooming cars efficiently, delivering/collecting cars to/from vendors for repairs or servicing, explaining faults/problems to vendors, performing quality check and acceptance of vehicles, and providing ad-hoc chauffeur services.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- 1 or more years of experience in a similar role
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
