Job Title: Senior Architectural Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Designer to join our team at P+A Projects Pte. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and a passion for delivering high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Architectural Associate/Architect in their duties, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Prepare planning applications and regulatory procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop design proposals using CAD and traditional drawing methods, showcasing creativity and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate design information and assist in the detailed design process, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Prepare and update tender documentation and construction drawings, maintaining accuracy and precision.
  • Liaise with authorities to obtain statutory approval, ensuring timely project progression.
  • Attend site visits and record minutes/discussions, providing valuable insights for project improvement.
  • Assist the project architect in coordinating site issues, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Produce and analyze detailed specifications for materials and processes, ensuring suitability for construction.
Requirements:
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Architecture.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficiency in Vray renderer, 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop, and Sketch-up.
  • Knowledge of 3D Autocad, Revit, and BIM.
  • Able to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a flair for creativity and a keen eye for detail.
  • A proactive and conscientious team player.
  • Advantageous to have design experience in commercial, mixed-use, and residential projects.
