Production Assembly Role

We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team.

This is a stable job opportunity with no experience required. The successful candidate will be responsible for product assembly and basic quality checks, as well as picking and packing of finished goods, loading and unloading tasks, and handling heavy lifting (must be physically fit).

The salary package includes a gross salary up to $4,000/month, including overtime. Other benefits include productivity incentives, sign-on bonus, retention bonus, and additional bonuses.

The shift pattern is rotating, with day shifts from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. This role requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and to lift heavy objects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product assembly and basic quality checks
  • Picking and packing of finished goods
  • Loading and unloading tasks
  • Handling heavy lifting (must be physically fit)

  • Tampines
