**Technical Leadership Role for Senior Software Web Developer**

We're seeking a seasoned technical leader to drive infrastructure upgrades, internal tooling, and system integrations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for mentoring junior developers and aligning solutions with business outcomes.

This is a permanent full-time role that offers real autonomy, modern tech, and real-world AI integration. You'll work closely with the CTO to scale infrastructure and drive smart, AI-enhanced development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive infrastructure upgrades and internal tooling initiatives
  • Mentor junior developers and guide them in their technical growth
  • Align solutions with business outcomes and ensure they are scalable and efficient
  • Work closely with the CTO to drive smart, AI-enhanced development
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of web development experience with PHP, Laravel, MySQL, or JavaScript
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure, internal tooling, and system integrations
  • Strong problem-solving skills with real-world examples
  • Experience leading technical execution and guiding junior developers
  • Good working knowledge of DevOps and cloud-based environments
