Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage logistics and documentation functions, ensuring seamless shipment facilitation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing effective logistics and documentation support to facilitate smooth shipments.
  • Coordinating with the finance and accounts team on Letter Of Credit / LC and financial matters.
  • Managing schedules and stock in collaboration with HQ and forwarders as required.
  • Coordinating and monitoring payment processes with overseas offices and customers, including opening Letter Of Credit, amendments, and receipt of funds.
  • Maintaining regulatory compliance in assigned areas.
  • Managing outstanding invoices and customer complaints.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma or GCE O Levels qualification.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Shipping Documentation and Letter Of Credit / LC.
  • Ability to read and interpret Letter Of Credit documents, and perform accurate documentation for shipments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
