Role Overview

The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key enterprise partners. This involves developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with these partners, ensuring they are satisfied with our services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key enterprise partners
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans that align with both companies' strategic objectives
  • Support partners in achieving their sales targets by providing training, resources, and guidance on our products and services
  • Track and analyze partner performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
Requirements
  • Minimum diploma or degree in Electrical / Electronic or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution
  • At least 3 years sales experience, preferably in the M&E industry and direct & channels selling
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and end users
  • Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills
