Technical Vessel Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safe, efficient and cost-effective vessel operations in compliance with Class and Statutory requirements.
  • Set performance outcomes for sea staff and monitor their compliance.
  • Develop and support junior crew members, Masters, Chief Engineers and officers onboard vessels.
  • Provide technical and operational guidance to assigned vessels.
  • Monitor vessel performance and ensure timely follow-up actions.
  • Manage vessel budgets and optimize operating expenditure while maintaining high standards of operation.
  • Plan and manage dry-dockings and major repairs for client vessels.
  • Conduct regular vessel visits to confirm condition and compliance with company standards.
