Our organization seeks a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Accounts and Admin Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of management accounts, unaudited financial statements, GST reporting, payroll administration, simple tax computation calculations, and other ad hoc activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare full sets of invoices, payments, receipts, and updates
- Assist in the preparation of management accounts and unaudited financial statements
- Conduct GST reporting and payroll administration
- Perform simple tax computation calculations
- Undertake other ad hoc activities as required
Requirements:
- Basic accounting knowledge is essential
- No prior experience is necessary, as on-the-job training will be provided
- School leavers or seniors are welcome to apply
