Electromechanical Assembly Technician

We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Assembly Technician to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, repairing, and testing electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies, and components using routine work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, parts, and wire lists.
  • They will also perform troubleshooting and repair tasks, identifying and correcting errors while observing all safety standards and maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy work environment.
  • In addition, the technician will use test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to test assemblies and components, entering data on computer systems and performing programming or software repairs as needed.
  • Other responsibilities include detailing finished work, receiving parts, performing audits, inspecting parts for defects, and improving processes.

Requirements:

  • A degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience
  • At least 1-2 years of work experience in electromechanical assembly or a related field
