  • Work closely with consultants on customer treatment progression.

  • Possess strong analytical skills to effectively evaluate clients' hair and scalp conditions.
  • Be knowledgeable about various hair and scalp products and services.
  • Have excellent communication skills to interact with clients and consultants.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
