Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pantry and Tea Lady to join our team at EVERFAITH ACCOUNTANCY PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve a variety of drinks and refreshments to our guests and visitors.
  • Pantry Maintenance: Ensure that pantry supplies and hot water are always available and well-stocked.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain the cleanliness of the microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, and other kitchen areas.
  • General Office Cleaning: Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting of floors, carpets, and workstations.
  • Waste Management: Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables from the office.
  • Stock Management: Conduct regular stock checks of pantry items and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with mail collection and sorting, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Cleaning Experience: Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance is preferred.
  • Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail and organizational skills is required to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Availability: Availability to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 6:00pm.
