We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Service Team Leader to join our team at The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd.
As a Restaurant Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of customer service are met in our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting Customers: You will be responsible for greeting customers and seating them in their designated areas, providing a warm and welcoming environment from the start of their dining experience.
- Taking Orders: You will take orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring that all menu items are served in a timely manner.
- Attending to Customer Requests: You will proactively attend to the requests of customers, providing exceptional service and resolving any issues that may arise during their visit.
- Other Duties: You will also be responsible for other ad hoc duties as required by the restaurant management.
Requirements:
- Product Knowledge: You must have a strong understanding of our menu and products, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens.
- Punctuality: You must be punctual and reliable, arriving on time for your shifts and meeting deadlines.
- Upselling: You will be expected to upsell and suggest additional menu items to customers, increasing revenue and enhancing their dining experience.
- Communication Skills: You must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Team Player: You must be a team player, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional customer service.
