Sales and Service Associate Position

This role involves providing excellent customer service to all retail store visitors. Successful candidates will possess strong product knowledge and be able to provide customers with accurate information.

  • Key responsibilities include selling products, upselling merchandise, and handling cashiering duties.
  • Candidates will process product exchanges, refunds, and assist with stock inventory management.
  • Maintenance of visual merchandising standards, housekeeping duties, and crowd control during peak periods are also essential.
  • Initiation and handling of opening and closing duties for the retail POS system are required.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system are necessary.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 kg, and bend/stoop as required.
