Job Overview

System Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled System Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Define customer needs and functionalities
  • Assist in the coordination of system-related activities and evaluation of implementation designs
  • Install, configure, and test operating systems, application software, and system management tools
  • Ensure the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability
  • Collaborate and manage various stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables within guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Anticipate and troubleshoot system-related issues
  • Provide system documentation and SOPs
Requirements:
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven working experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting UNIX/Linux-based or Windows environments
  • Experience in managing server virtualization technologies like VMWare, KVM, or Microsoft Hyper-V
  • Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Virtual Box)
  • Experience with monitoring systems
