The successful candidate will develop, implement, and manage departmental training programs and operational processes to maintain high performance standards and staff competency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement departmental training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Streamline workflows by standardizing procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with various business units and colleagues to deliver value-added support and services.
- Lead digitalization initiatives and manage technology-related projects to drive innovation and operational excellence.
- Conduct research and recommend relevant technologies to enhance nursing administration processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare technology and administration.
- Participate in departmental, institutional, and cluster-wide initiatives, events, and functions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Aptitude for IT, with the ability to adapt to new software and technologies.
