We are looking for a professional to join our team as a F&B Service Associate.

As a F&B Service Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages to guests, maintaining high levels of hygiene and safety standards, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Familiarizing yourself with lounge food and beverage offerings.
- Advising guests on allergens and dietary information.
- Preparing, polishing, and setting glassware, crockery, and service stations.
- Setting up dining tables and event carts according to standards.
- Greeting, seating, and serving guests with professionalism.
- Taking and serving orders, maintaining service flow, and clearing/resetting tables.
- Assisting in food running when required.
- Inputting orders accurately into the system.
- Supporting inventory checks, reporting, and shift handovers.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma in any discipline.
- Prior F&B or hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Able to commit to rotating shifts (including weekends/public holidays).
- Neat, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
- Team player with a positive service attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
