Senior Assistant Manager, Academic Learning Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Assistant Manager to lead our Academic Learning department. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business development initiatives and overseeing the overall operation of our Master of Science in Technopreneurship and Innovation Programme (MSc TIP) and FlexiMasters in Technopreneurship and Innovation (FM TIP).

The incumbent will work closely with our postgraduate team, Academic Director, and Deputy Director to ensure the successful delivery of MSc TIP and FM TIP. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and executing business development initiatives
  • Overseeing marketing and recruitment strategies
  • Tracking and following up on outreach effectiveness
  • Coordinating local and overseas roadshows and info sessions
  • Preparing programme collaterals and managing digital marketing campaigns
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized university
  • Preferably with 3 to 5 years relevant work experience in a university environment
  • Knowledge in entrepreneurship and the start-up ecosystem
  • Strong communication and project management skills
