Physiotherapist Role

We are seeking a dedicated physiotherapist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' conditions, including medical history, movement capabilities, strength, posture and functional abilities. Identify patient goals and tailor evaluations to design effective treatment strategies.
  • Observe and guide patients through therapeutic exercises to ensure correct technique and postural alignment. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments, goals and collaboration with referring healthcare professionals.
  • Administer physiotherapy interventions including rehabilitation exercises, manual therapy and therapeutic modalities. Monitor and evaluate progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal functional outcomes.
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomic practices, self-care techniques and structured home exercise programs. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, documenting assessments, treatment plans and progress. Support patient and family education to empower long-term health and functional independence.
  • Work alongside healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for each patient.
  • Deliver compassionate care with strong communication skills, ensuring patients feel supported, informed and comfortable throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Physical Therapy/Physiotherapy or equivalent, from an accredited institution.
  • Full registration with relevant professional bodies.
  • Minimum 3 years of physiotherapy experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a professional healthcare setting.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn new rehabilitation techniques.
