Job Opportunity: Technical Drafter

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented technical drafter with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with engineers and architects to create precise technical drawings and plans for a variety of construction and design projects.

Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and technical plans for architectural, structural, or mechanical projects using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).">
  • Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to interpret project requirements and develop accurate drafts.">
  • Calculate dimensions, weight limitations, and requirements in materials.">
  • Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant codes and regulations.">
  • Assist in the preparation of construction documentation, specifications, and schedules.">
  • Ensure all drafts meet client specifications and standards while adhering to project timelines.">
  • Maintain organized records of all design drawings and documentation.">

">Qualifications:">
  • ">
  • 1-2 years of professional experience as a Drafter, Architectural Drafter, or similar role, and good hands-on experience in using MS Office, AutoCAD.">
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.">
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.">
  • Relevant technical or associate diploma/degree (e.g., in Drafting, Architecture, or Engineering) is preferred.">
  • Singaporean/PR are preferred.">
