Job Opportunity: Automotive Mechanic

  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing services on-site, restarting vehicles for members and corporate customers facing breakdowns, and following safety protocols when handling breakdown cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to job assignments and perform services on-site with efficiency and precision.
  • Restart vehicles for members and corporate customers facing breakdowns in a timely manner.
  • Follow established safety protocols when handling breakdown cases to ensure the well-being of clients and employees.
  • Complete documentation as required for vehicle recovery procedures accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during all assignments.
  • Secure sales proceeds and deposit them after each shift.
  • Restock service van batteries after making sales to maintain operational readiness.
  • Perform daily checks on service vehicles before operations to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Upskill to support corrective and preventive maintenance and EV charger servicing to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Carry out other tasks as assigned by supervisors to contribute to the team's overall success.

Requirements:

  • Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.
  • Hold a minimum qualification of NTC in Vehicle Mechanic or higher.
  • Be willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet the demands of the business.
  • Have experience in vehicle recovery, which is an advantage in this role.
  • Possess knowledge of basic vehicle repair or maintenance, which is beneficial for success in this position.
