Strategic Credit Risk Manager

As a seasoned credit expert, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and mitigating credit risk. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring the stability and growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Exposure Quantification: Verify the implementation of methodologies and related enhancements to ensure they meet our standards.
- Haircut and Initial Margin Calculation: Accurately calculate haircuts and initial margins for various products, taking into account market fluctuations and regulatory requirements.
- Reporting and Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations, analyze data, and provide insightful reports on credit exposures, methodology deficiencies, and model performance.
- Business Intelligence Tools: Develop and enhance Business Intelligence/analytics tools to measure, analyze, and report on credit exposures, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, automate workflows, and implement data analytics using Excel, VBA, Bloomberg, Qlik, and other tools.
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business/Data Analytics/Finance/Quantitative Finance.
- Working experience in an area covering traded products and/or counterparty credit risk.
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets and products, including derivatives.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Proficiency in data analysis and programming languages such as VBA, Python, R, C#, Qlik, Tableau.
