Singapore Trade Management Lead

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Trade Manager to lead our Trade Management team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of wholesale financial services, and the ability to drive process improvements.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and running the operational support of the Trade Management team in Singapore. This includes defining roles and responsibilities, providing guidance and leadership to team members, and ensuring that policy and procedure documents are up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Singapore Trade Management Team
- Define and provide oversight of roles and responsibilities within the team
- Provide guidance and leadership to team members
- Ensure policy and procedure documents are maintained and updated as necessary
Requirements:
- 5-7 years or above experience in a senior trade management role
- Experience in leading a team with good supervisory and leadership skills
- Knowledge of wholesale financial services and regulatory landscape
- Ability to develop new skills and understand new technology as required
- Skilled in Microsoft applications software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to demonstrate honesty, integrity, and professionalism
