Job Title: Skilled Beauty Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced beauty specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing high-quality treatments that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide various beauty treatments such as facials, body therapies, and device-based therapies in a safe and effective manner.
  • Consult with customers to understand their skin/body goals and recommend suitable treatments based on expert advice.
  • Analyze customers' skin and bodies before treatments and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Promote our products and services to customers.
  • Maintain clean and presentable treatment rooms at all times.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training.
  • Certifications such as CIDESCO, CIBTEC, ITEC are advantageous.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude are essential.
  • A well-groomed, motivated, and sales-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills is required.
  • Able to work flexible hours including weekends and retail hours.
