Job Description:

  • You will work as a Speech Therapist in our acute care setting, providing expert therapy services to adult and paediatric patients with speech, language, voice and swallowing difficulties.
  • You will be responsible for assessing and managing patients' conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • You will also participate in quality improvement initiatives, contribute to clinical education and research, and maintain high standards of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech Therapy or related field; registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) of Singapore
  • At least 2 years of experience in acute care settings, preferably in a hospital environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team-based setting
  • Strong assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills; knowledge of evidence-based practice guidelines
