Regional Security and Crisis Response Lead

Job Summary:

This role involves overseeing regional security operations, developing strategies to mitigate risks, and coordinating crisis management efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement security strategies to safeguard personnel, assets, and operations.
  • Act as a domain expert in regional security, providing support for strategy development and implementation.
  • Coordinate crisis management efforts, including risk assessment, incident response, and root cause analysis.
  • Lead Regional CMT meetings, establish decision-making processes, and manage actions during crises.
  • Participate in quarterly Crisis Council Governance process to review crisis response effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or other relevant qualification/s.
  • 5+ years of related experience in a security management role, preferably within a global organization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Full proficiency in English.
  • Experience in crisis management planning, response, and recovery preferred.

Benefits:

This position is based in Singapore and may require up to 25% travel.
