Job Summary

ECO-ITS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Technology Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audio visual systems and information technology.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain audio visual equipment, including projectors, visualizers, and sound systems.

Set up and operate audio visual systems for school events, meetings, and assemblies.

Maintain inventory and loan records of audio visual and information technology equipment.

Provide consultation to the Head of Department and Subject Head on audio visual needs.

Manage audio visual equipment in classrooms and special rooms, and monitor equipment usage and maintenance.

Coordinate with vendors for repair services and manage the loan and condemnation of audio visual and information technology equipment.

Collaborate with teachers to effectively utilize digital signage and AV systems for school-wide communication.

Requirements

Possess a certificate in a related field or equivalent.

Excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

At least two years of relevant experience within the past three years.

Preferred Skills

Ability to multitask and troubleshoot audio visual and information technology issues.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.

Strong inventory management and administration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
