About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Procurement Coordinator to join our team at WINFIELD ELECTRICAL PTE LTD. As a key member of our purchasing department, you will be responsible for assisting our Project Manager in quotations, specification sheets, and coordinating logistics with internal departments and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the procurement process from sourcing to delivery.
- Assist in preparing purchase orders, inventory checks, and deliveries.
- Issue delivery orders and invoices as required.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Project Manager.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal departments and external vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
