Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians to carry out test-related activities for server and rack products in a manufacturing environment.

  • We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in Server / Rack manufacturing environments and knowledge of Linux / SAP systems. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing PXE Server configurations, maintaining run-in test processes, and performing burn-in and power tests. You will also liaise with customers and HQ/factory teams to implement and maintain test programs, analyze product failures, and participate in Kaizen activities.

  • This role requires a high level of technical expertise, particularly in test programming and system configuration. You must be able to troubleshoot complex issues, provide training to production staff, and support the NPI process.
