Advanced Data Scientist Position

We are looking for a skilled Post-Training Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in post-training large language models, including fine-tuning, distillation, and performance evaluation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing advanced techniques for optimizing LLMs, handling domain-specific data processes, and designing systems that integrate reasoning, multi-modal processing, and AI agent behavior.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement post-training tasks for large language models, including fine-tuning, distillation, and performance evaluation
- Handle domain-specific data processes such as data collection, cleaning, labelling, augmentation, and synthetic data generation
- Design and develop systems that integrate reasoning, multi-modal processing, and AI agent behavior for real-world applications
- At least 4 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field
- Proficiency in advanced machine learning and deep learning principles, large-language-model post-training techniques
- Experience managing large-scale training data, including processes for cleaning, labelling, augmentation, and generation of domain-specific datasets
