Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations support teams to understand client needs and synthesize findings into the product roadmap.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computing, Engineering, Product Design, or related field.
  • Over 5 years of related work experience in product management, business analysis, system analysis, process reengineering, and consulting.
  • Proven track record of gap analysis, innovative problem-solving, designing software products that provide clients with solutions, and bringing these products live.
  • Outstanding knowledge in product management, product lifecycle, and best practices.
  • Strong conceptual abilities, clear communication of direction, and solid knowledge of product management or business analysis methodology.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills and quick to learn new business domains and industries.
  • Strong time management skills, ability to meet tight deadlines, and successfully juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills in presenting visions or ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent documentation skills in drafting clear and concise requirements and specifications.
  • Comfortable working with a multi-disciplinary team involving process engineering, backend and frontend engineering, UI/UX, graphics design, quality assurance, and IT operations.
  • Willing to roll-up one's sleeves and contribute to the team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel to meet and work with offshore team members.
