**Production Manager Role Summary:**

We are seeking a Production Manager to lead our manufacturing assembly team. This key role involves organizing daily production activities, motivating team members, and drawing up training plans to develop manpower skills.

The ideal candidate should have a background in engineering and experience in supervising staff, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing daily production activities and motivating the team to achieve their goals.
  • Developing training plans to enhance the skills of production staff.
  • Liaising with other engineers to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Supporting engineering/manufacturing teams and developing strategies to improve profit margins.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Qualifications & Experiences:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Precision or Industrial Engineering).
  • At least 3 years of experience as an engineer in the manufacturing assembly environment.
  • Good communication skills to perform mentoring and coaching to production staff.
  • Good knowledge in problem-solving methodology.
