NANYANG TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY is seeking a highly skilled Digital Learning Innovator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge blended learning experiences that enhance teaching and learning practices across the university.

Job Description

As a Digital Learning Innovator, you will work closely with faculty members to design and develop innovative learning experiences that incorporate emerging technologies such as AI, AR, and VR. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess faculty capability development needs and inform their work in designing, developing, and evaluating learner-centered blended learning experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop cutting-edge blended learning experiences that enhance teaching and learning practices across the university.
  • Collaborate with faculty members to assess their learning needs and propose frameworks, new/enhanced learning outcomes, tech-enabled teaching and learning strategies, and assessments as part of course redesigning.
  • Research, develop, and present evidence-based and innovative design solutions with the project team to stakeholders.
  • Assess faculty capability development needs through qualitative and quantitative data analysis, to inform their work in designing, developing, and evaluating learner-centered blended learning experiences and fostering assessment literacy.
Requirements
  • A University degree, preferably in Instructional Design, Education or Learning Sciences and Technologies. A master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design, teaching and learning, within a higher educational setting or with adult learners. Proven ability to manage successful learning projects.
  • Possess strong research skills and experience in facilitating both face-to-face and online sessions.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management System and a demonstrated ability to rapidly learn new tools and processes with minimal support.
