We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Service Professional to join our team as a Senior / Customer Service Associate in the Group Contact Centre at National University Health System PTE. LTD.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing Contact Centre services to patients and the public. As a Senior / Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service by understanding caller's needs, providing timely and accurate information and assistance, and booking or rescheduling appointments based on caller's request.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to callers, ensuring their needs are met and resolved efficiently
- Provide accurate and relevant information to address caller's enquiries, using your knowledge of healthcare services and procedures
- Book or reschedule appointments, adhering to hospital policies and procedures
- Manage hotline administrative functions, including handling emails, referral requests, and emergency activations
- Liaise with other departments to ensure requests are followed up and resolved effectively
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A minimum Diploma in any discipline, with fresh graduates welcome to apply
- 1-2 years' experience in the healthcare industry, contact centre environment, or service-related industry
- Excellent communication skills in English and your mother tongue, with the ability to read and write fluently
- A pleasant and cheerful personality, with good interpersonal skills and adaptability to a fast-paced working environment
- Computer literacy and good typing skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including public holidays and weekends
Working Location
The successful candidate will be based at Choa Chu Kang Polyclinic, Ng Teng Fong General Hospital, or The Synergy, depending on business needs.
Salary: $2800 - $4000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. A comprehensive benefits package is also available, including opportunities for career growth and development.
